Half Dead is an epic Zombie Film. Angel is on the run from the mob after taking the boss daughter Jamie and case full of cash. But when the mob boss Vincent catches up to him, he kills Angel. But Angel Doesn't stay dead for long, as he comes back looking for revenge. Now all that Stands in Angel's way is Jamie and Detective John Riley who has sworn to protect her. All hell will break loose as nothing will stop the Mad Rage of Angel in HALF DEAD!
The script was written by Mark Joseph Peek and the director of the film will be Matthew A. Peters.
Half Dead Will be shot in and around Utica, NY. And Shall be Utica NY first ever Zombie film! The streets of utica will be flood with zombies. We will be shooting this in May of 2012! Filming is on weekends.
We are looking to cast these parts as well many others. Plus looking to cast tons of extras as ZOMBIES!!!!
We will be having people read for these 3 parts listed, but there are plenty of more parts both for females and males we will base your Auditions on these parts for other parts of the movie as well.
Jamie (Female Mid to late 20's) The heroin of the movie, who is torn up over the lost of the love her life Angel from the hands of her brother. Her world gets shaking up as angel comes back from the dead for revenge and she is the only one who can stop him.
John Riley (Male 30's) a tough wise cracking detective who use to be Angels partner, who after falling in love with Jamie as well as sworn to protect her though these rough zombie times.
Vince (Male Late 30's 40's) is a bad ass gangster who doesn't play by any rules. He is tough and ruthless and will do anything to survive.
