- If your Blu-ray, DVD, or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include a photo and description of the issue in your message.
- We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference and item availability.
Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of physical media and small-batch merchandise, all sales are considered final.
- However, if you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us and we will make it right.
