Thank you for supporting independent cinema! We process and ship all physical orders (including Blu-rays, DVDs, and merchandise) within 2–5 business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the method selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking will be provided via email upon shipment.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide using USPS and other reliable carriers.
• Typical delivery time: 7–21 business days.
• Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or VAT in their country.

Pre-Orders

• If you order a pre-order item with in-stock products, all items will ship together when the pre-order becomes available (unless otherwise noted).
• You are charged immediately for pre-orders, even if the item ships at a later date.
• Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and may shift based on production timelines.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Please allow 10 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international) before contacting us about a missing shipment.
• While we can’t guarantee delivery times once the package leaves our hands, we’ll do our best to assist with any issues.
